QuoteIQ is a field service platform built by service-business owners Mike Vidan and Justin Rogers. Its official site focuses on home-service contractors, including pressure washing, cleaning, painting, landscaping and plumbing. It combines estimates, scheduling, customer records, invoices and payments with tools for photos, property measurements and team coordination.
This is the product at myquoteiq.com. The earlier Australian-market description and Solo, Teams and Business plan names did not match that product. This review is based on current vendor documentation checked October 14, 2026, not a hands-on test or a survey of verified customer reviews.
Features to check in a demo or trial
- Estimates and billing: create estimates, collect signatures, turn approved work into invoices and accept payments.
- Scheduling: organize jobs and recurring work. Customer self-scheduling and route optimization have different plan requirements from basic scheduling.
- Photos and property measurements: QuoteIQ Cam and MapMeasure Pro start on Beginner. Check whether remote measurements fit your trade; they do not replace an HVAC site inspection.
- Accounting and job costs: the pricing page places QuickBooks and job costing on Pro and above. Verify the exact accounting sync and supported records before migrating.
- Team operations: EmployeeHub, time tracking, inventory and more advanced scheduling tools start at higher tiers. Count office users as well as technicians.
- AI tools: plans include monthly IQ Credits. Feature availability and credit use vary. Review AI estimates and messages before sending them to customers.

Who should shortlist it?
QuoteIQ is worth a focused trial when estimates, photo records and customer communication are central to your business. A small HVAC team should test equipment history, service agreements, parts handling and its accounting process rather than assume a general home-service platform covers every HVAC requirement.
Use the same sample job you use to test other tools: create an estimate, schedule the visit, capture photos, update the customer, send the invoice and check the accounting result. Confirm which steps are available on the plan you would actually buy.
Tradeoffs
There is a low-cost one-user entry plan, but the tools a team needs may require a higher tier. Included-user limits, additional-user charges, IQ Credits and payment fees all affect the total.
